Acceptable Stay with Some Issues

The shower temperature was a real problem. The water was scalding hot. Showering became impossible. The manager said the water tank was on the roof and heated by the sun. This explanation didn't solve the issue, especially since I had an early flight the next day. the staff was not particularly friendly. There were no smiles or helpful advice at the reception.

The staff was friendly. They replenish my water every day. The beds are huge. I think they were super comfortable. The location is great, near shops and the pier!

The shower water was not warm at all. It don't warm up no matter how long I let it run. the receptionist with the ponytail was not nice. She acted rude when I asked for a pillow.

The room insulation wasn't great. I could hear noise from adjacent rooms. This was annoying.

I was quite disappointed. the shower water was consistently cold, a major inconvenience. a receptionist, the one with a ponytail, was also quite rude. She responded dismissively to my requests, even refusing a simple extra pillow.
